Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across the United States.
Q: Is there a free shipping option?
Yes! Orders over $169.01 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $169.00 have a $9.50 shipping fee.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
